We try to fish with captain Chris at least 2 times a year. He is a real captain he wants everyone to catch fish and he enjoys what he
Is doing. If your in the area you should GO FISH with him.

Awesome day fishing today with Capt. Chris. My 2 sons their best friend and I caught a lot of fish. We did a 5 hours afternoon session and Chris made sure we were on the fish all afternoon. My youngest caught the most including a pretty big Cobia and some nice sized flounder. We will definitely go out with Capt. Chris again. Book him for your next fishing trip

Captain Chris knows the waters in Myrtle Beach. He’s personable and professional and his passion to have others catch fish is quite evident. Whether you’re experienced or a first timer, he’s great. He had patience for us especially my friend Tommy who didn’t like fishing due to a fishing accident when he was only 5 years old. This trip was the best therapy ever thanks to Capt Chris he had a great time. This trip was also about reconnecting with life long friends and this was the perfect venue. It was worth every penny! So thank you Captain Chris for being the best Captain we could’ve asked for! If you’re looking for a charter in Myrtle Beach SC, this is the one!

Hurricane Dorian passed close to North Myrtle Beach yesterday causing some minor damage to homes and cars; also knocking down some trees and power lines. The damage was caused primarily by a few small tornadoes that were spun up from the outer bands as the storm approached. Thankfully there were no reported injuries that I know of. I thank God that me, my family, our home, vehicles and boat were left unscathed by the storm. Please pray for the Bahamian people that lost everything including their family and friends.
Go Fish Inshore Charters will be open for business as usual starting on Monday, 9/9/19. We were catching black drum, redfish, flounder, and a few sharks before Dorian passed our way. I hope that the fishing will get even better next week as it did after Hurricane Matthew which came by here almost 3 years ago along a similar track; pushing huge schools of bait into the surf along the beaches and up into the marshes and waterway.
Contact me if you would like to Go Fish during September and October when it usually is the best time of year for Inshore Fishing.

It's been a while since my last update. The month of July is always a very busy time for me and physically demanding especially after spending 10 to 12 hours outdoors in the heat and humidity on a daily basis; however there is no other profession that I would prefer to being a North Myrtle Beach Fishing Guide....I love my job. That being said we had a month of mostly good fishing days, and some being great with lots of smiling faces. We have been experiencing some "King Tides" in the past week which have been pushing nice, clear blue ocean water way up into the tidal creeks and marshes; hopefully resulting in more bait and predator fish coming into the inshore areas. Contact me if you would like to target Redfish, Flounder, Black Drum or Speckled Trout during August with your family or friends before the summer vacation season comes to end. ... See MoreSee Less

So have to plan a trip to visit year is three overseas weddings and 2021 is Dubai to visit my wife's next.

See you in 2 weeks Captain Chris!

Capt still catching hammerheads at the inlet?

Large schools of finger mullet have moved into the inshore waters during the past week. The predator species that feed on the mullet seem to have followed them into the inlet also, resulting in a better bite than earlier in June. I am fully booked for the first week of July, but have some open dates during the remainder of July. If you can avoid waiting until you get to the Beach to reserve your fishing trip; then you will have a better chance of getting the date that you prefer to Go Fish.
